# 🌿 Perfect Days

Wim Wenders has made, what seems to me, [a perfect movie](https://www.perfectdays-movie.jp/en/?ref=foxwizard.com). The dangerlam and I saw it last night at the historical [Sun Theatre](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sun%5FTheatre?ref=foxwizard.com) as part of a launch event for [Cinemagoer](https://cinemagoer.co/?ref=foxwizard.com), and... it’s been a long time since I have felt this moved. 

I won’t do the thing of *explaining* poetry here, because that is what this film is: poetic, textured, sublime. It has instilled within me a renewed reverence for life, and all the magic that is to be found in the seemingly mundane.

I knew nothing of [Perfect Days](https://www.perfectdays-movie.jp/en/?ref=foxwizard.com) beforehand, and this is my preferred way to experience all films. No trailers; no spoilers. 

Though I am not sure that this movie *could* be spoiled. It’s perfect.
